About – Attorney Walker’s Background and Experience

Born and raised in Central Pennsylvania, Attorney Robert M. Walker holds a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from LaSalle University in Philadelphia and received his law degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law.  In his law practice, Mr. Walker focuses on residential and commercial real estate transactions, title insurance and settlements, land development matters, representing clients in zoning and land use hearings and appeals, small business start-ups, loan and financing transactions, civil litigations, wills and estates and municipal law, as well as the related areas of administrative law.  Prior to entering the practice of law, Mr. Walker worked for over ten years in the banking industry in various real estate and small business lending and management positions.

Mr. Walker is also active in his own real estate development and investment activities.  These activities, together with his legal skills and banking background, afford Mr. Walker a broad range of knowledge and expertise in the practice of law.  Many times Mr. Walker is called upon to represent a client in a matter where he himself has first-hand experience.

Mr. Walker is a proud member the Greater Harrisburg Association of Realtors.  Mr. Walker is a member of the Pennsylvania, Cumberland County and Dauphin County Bar Associations.  He serves as a member of the Board of School Directors of his alma mater, Cumberland Valley School District.
